Psychology Internship forms a core component at our centre. Students from various streams such as psychology, social work, early childhood doing BA, Bsc, MA, M. Phil. complete their training at centre. The training varies from 2 hours to 2 months. Intensive training on different aspects such as adult problems like depression , anxiety , bipolar disorder takes place.

Interns also undergo rigorous trainings in child psychology wherein they learn how to deal with children having autism, adhd, ocd and school problems. These training take place under the supervision of a psychiatrist and psychologist. After completing the training, students are provided certificate of completion.

Global Child Wellness Centre department of psychology is pleased to announce the internship programme for 1, 2 month and 3 months duration. This program provides a unique opportunity for the psychology students to kick start their career.

· Basic history taking Adult and Child Cases

· Interview techniques followed by:
1. Handling the patient coming for history.
2. Gestures maintanence.
3.Rapport building with patient.

· Assessment on Indian and western scales ( DSM-V & ICD-10) · Counseling techniques followed by:
1.Listening skills
2.Communication skills
3.Reflextion skills
4. Helping skills

· Case studies of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder,Mania,OCD, Autism,ADHD.

. Child development theories and like:
